The brief called for the post apocolyptic architectural solution to a crisis scenario. The design attempted to solve the scenario of mass flooding and complete loss of the city with the design of floating self sustaining man-made islands. The islands situated just off the coast facilitate all needs from farming to the use of mangroves to create fresh water to innovative multi-story, high density residential housing at the core.
