A research project done on the application of housing complex coupled with a market in Marabastad Pretoria.

The Project makes use of mostly steel. The units are either 1, 2 or 5 sleepers with the ground floor dedicated solely to market space. 

 

The research project was done opposite the Bel Ombre train station in Marabastad.
